🔄 Return & Exchange Policy (No Refund)

At Erobo, we ensure every product is checked, tested and packed safely before dispatch.
Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Exchange Only — No Refund

We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only faulty, damaged, or non-functional products are eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Request Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A continuous unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is required for any exchange approval.
This video must clearly show:

  • The parcel opening

  • Product removal

  • Product condition

  • Any defects or damage

Without an unboxing video, we cannot process an exchange.

4. Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and box must be included

  • Product should not show signs of misuse or physical damage caused after delivery

5. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us with your:

  • Order ID

  • Customer Name

  • Unboxing Video

  • Issue Description

6. Exchange Process

Once we receive and verify the unboxing video:

  1. Your exchange request will be reviewed

  2. If approved, we will arrange the replacement

  3. You will receive updates regarding pickup/shipping of the exchanged item

No refund will be issued — only exchange or replacement will be provided.

7. Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Product not meeting personal expectations

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Damage caused by customer handling

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery

  • Product used or tampered with after delivery
