1. Purchase Terms

All orders placed on our website are final once submitted.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.
2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order.

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

For COD orders:

If the customer refuses delivery or the parcel returns due to non-acceptance, the case will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy (No refunds, only exchange for valid issues).

3. Delivery Refusal on COD Orders
If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery:

Courier charges, packing effort, and logistic costs become a direct loss for us.

Future COD orders from the same customer may be restricted.
4. Important Notes

Please check and verify your address, product details, and payment method before confirming your order.

Orders once shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
