🛒 Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Purchase & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order with Erobo.


1. Purchase Terms

  • All orders placed on our website are final once submitted.

  • Payments can be made through:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • UPI

    • Wallets

    • Online Payment Methods

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

  • For COD orders:

    • If the customer refuses delivery or the parcel returns due to non-acceptance, the case will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy (No refunds, only exchange for valid issues).


3. Delivery Refusal on COD Orders

If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery:

  • Courier charges, packing effort, and logistic costs become a direct loss for us.

  • Future COD orders from the same customer may be restricted.


4. Important Notes

  • Please check and verify your address, product details, and payment method before confirming your order.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

  • By placing an order, you agree to all the terms mentioned in this policy.
