Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Within Kodungallur City: Delivery takes 2 business days via our dedicated delivery staff.

  • Outside Kodungallur City (within Kerala): Delivery takes 2–6 business days via trusted partners like DTDC, Ecom Express, Delhivery, India Post, etc.

  • During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • Currently, deliveries are limited to the state of Kerala.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Only faulty or damaged products are eligible for return.

  • Return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be in its original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product does not meet expectations. Please confirm before ordering.
